We are looking to hire a scriptwriter for our “breakdown” style videos. I implore you to go on YouTube and watch some of them so you get the feel of what you would be writing.

This is a very specific task with specific knowledge, but don’t fret! We have many SOPs for you to learn off and you will be mentored by the Founder and face of Charisma on Command.
The job itself is fairly straightforward. We’ll have you create a breakdown script once a week.

In terms of compensation, eventually we would love for this to be a $100,000 a year job. That’s the salary we will pay once you can consistently produce high quality scripts that we can use without needing to review or edit them.

That said, to start we imagine that the founders will have to work closely with you to teach you how to do the job. While you are learning (and making scripts that will likely require a second team member to review them and give feedback) you will be paid $1000 a script to start. Our goal is to quickly scale down the amount of help you need and scale up the salary, but that will be determined by the work you submit. The good news is it’s totally in your control! Basically you’ll be paid by the value you produce.

At Charisma on Command, even though we are all over the globe we have a very close group of people working on the mission to get people more confident in themselves.
